Refund & Cancellation Policy
Service Subscriptions
Refunds are eligible only if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided services are not already utilized.
No refunds for partially used services, expired subscriptions, or promotional offers.
Job Posting & Employer Services
Cancellation must be requested within 48 hours of purchase for a refund.
Once a job ad goes live, refunds will not be issued.
Training/Career Services
Course fees refundable only before course commencement.
Digital content once accessed is non-refundable.
Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
