Terms & Conditions
1. Verification Fee:
o A one-time, non-refundable fee of ₹999 is mandatory for all mentors.
2. Free Month Policy
o 1st month free applies to all plans.
o Billing for the chosen plan begins from the 2nd month.
3. Payment Policy
o Payments are made upfront for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months.
o No recurring monthly deductions.
4. Cancellation
o Cancellation allowed anytime, but no refunds for unused time.
o Membership remains active until the cycle ends.
5. Refund Policy
o No refunds for voluntary cancellations.
o Refunds only for duplicate payments or technical billing errors.
o Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days.
6. Conduct Policy
o Mentors must maintain professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
o Poor reviews, misconduct, or violations may result in suspension.
7. Earnings Policy
o Membership fees are separate from earnings.
o Earnings depend on engagement, mentee ratings, and Winborn’s policies.
